Foundational course

Bartending Fundamentals

Mon & Wed 6 weeks 3hr sessions
  • How spirits are made, and what separates them
  • Types of spirits and their families
  • Bar autonomy: tools, glassware, machinery
  • Cocktails: history and lineage
  • ABV, volume, and technique — jigger to free pour, throw and shake, pour and tins
  • IBA, USBG, and certification pathways
  • Final exam: written and practical, including presentation and build
$500full course bundle — eligible for exam & certification
Advanced course

Mixology & Gastronomy

For working bartenders
  • Caramelization, infusion, clarification, and modern technique
  • Smoking, airs, jellies, reverse spherification, and kitchen technology behind the bar
  • Bar management and administration
$400standalone, or $300 if bundled with foundational courses

Curious about just one topic? Single sessions are $100 each — open to drop-ins, but not eligible for the final exam or certification.

Best combined price: Fundamentals ($500) + Advanced bundled with it ($300) = $800 total, both certifications. Outside that window, Advanced is $400 standalone.

Hands-on at one of two stations — building, pouring, and repeating technique until it's muscle memory.
